The customer will receive a refund for their payment. The maximum value of the free order is capped at £500. (If the order exceeds £500, the remaining balance will not be refunded.)

Eligibility and Conditions

  1. Who Can Participate:
    • Open to individuals residing in the UK, Ireland, or other qualifying countries unless stated otherwise.
    • Participants under 18 years of age or lacking full legal capacity require the consent of their legal guardian.
    • Employees of Maidesite, their family members, and any partners involved in the promotion are not eligible to participate.
  2. Limit of One Order Per Customer: Each customer may claim only one free order throughout the promotion. If multiple orders qualify, only the first order will be rewarded.
  3. Non-Transferable: The free order benefit is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to others.
  4. Promotion Period: This promotion applies only during the stated times. Customers who cancel their orders within 30 days forfeit their eligibility.
  5. Refunds and Maximum Cap: Orders eligible for refunds are excluded. The maximum refundable amount is £500.
  6. Disqualification for Fraud: Any fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in disqualification and exclusion from future events.
