How long is the warranty valid on Maidesite products?
We offer a 5-10 year warranty on height-adjustable desks and frames, and 5 years on accessories. In the event of a warranty claim, you can choose between free repair, refund, or an appropriate replacement. However, the warranty does not cover consequential damage and does not apply to loss, natural wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or care. We will cover the return shipping costs in the event of a warranty claim. A major advantage for you: you do not have to prove that the defect existed when the product was handed over. This means you can buy risk-free!
