What size tabletop fits into the frame?
The T2 Pro Max electric standing desk frame is suitable for tabletops measuring 110–220 cm x 60–100 cm.
What height is this frame suitable for?
The frame is suitable for people with a height of 1.45-2.1 metres.
Can I use the frame if my floor is not level?
Yes, you can. We have fitted adjustable feet pad under the frame legs to compensate for minor unevenness (within 1 cm) in the floor.
What is the difference between the T2 Pro Plus and the T2 Pro Max?
The T2 Pro Max is suitable for people between 1.45 and 2.1 metres tall, while the T2 Pro Plus is suitable for people between 1.4 and 1.9 metres tall.

What is the difference between the T2 Pro Max and the EL2 Plus Art?
The EL2 Plus Art has an oval lifting column and oval feet for a sleeker, more elegant look.

What should I do if ‘RESET, ERR07, ERR08, ERR11, ERR12, ERR13’ is displayed?
Press and hold the down button to lower the table to the lowest level, then release it, press and hold the down button for 5 seconds, the control panel will display RST, then press and hold the down button for 5 seconds, the controller will display the number, and the reset is complete. What should I do if ‘H01’ is displayedon the control panel?
This is because the temperature of the power supply unit is too high or it is being used too often. Please disconnect the power supply unit from the socket for 20 minutes and then reconnect it. You can also contact us by email: contact@maidesite.co.uk.

I love the desk itself. It seems very robust and sturdy. Looks greats. Very smooth moving mechanism. The only bit am not that keen on is the button pad - it looks like it might snap quite easily. However, overall am very pleased. It is great to be able to switch between sitting and standing during the day. I contacted the company prior to buying with some questions and their customer services were fantastic - this was actually what made me go with this company above others. In particular, some other companies do not sell the electronic bit separately if it breaks once the desk is out of warranty; you have to replace entire desk. This was unacceptable to me - Maidesite reassured me they did sell these separately. Would definitely recommend.

Easy assembly, like how the legs snap in and can be easily removed during transport. Unfortunately there is a wobble when on a height of 115 and higher. It’s manageable though. Controls are a bit funny. Child lock is buried way too deep in sub menus to be of use.
