What should I do if "E01, E09, E12, RST" is displayed?
Press and hold the down button to lower the desk to its lowest level, then release. Press and hold the down button for 5s until "RST" appears on the control panel. Then press and hold the down button for another 5s until a number appears, indicating the reset is complete.

The desk was delivered pretty quickly, the packaging was good, and the assembly was straightforward. The desk itself looks nice and well-built, however, it has stability issues where even a slight touch will shake it. This happens at all levels but its much worse when in the standing position. This is one of the most important things I was looking and had even contacted customer support to check which model would be more stable. If Maidesite can help with fixing this, it would be great.
