Do I need to pay additional customs duties?
Our orders are shipped via duty-free shipping channels, so no additional customs charges are required upon delivery.
However, if a replacement part needs to be sent from our home warehouse as part of after-sales service (also via a duty-free channel), additional customs duties may still be charged depending on local customs regulations. Any such fees would be borne by the customer.
