Do I have to pay additional customs fees?
Our shipments are sent via duty-free shipping channels, so you will not have to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery. However, if a replacement part needs to be sent from our warehouse as part of a subsequent after-sales service (also via a duty-free channel), additional customs fees may still apply depending on local customs regulations, and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
