What is the status of my refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly. Once the refund process has been initiated, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If you returned the package yourself, please make sure to provide us with the return tracking number. Otherwise, we will not be able to match the package to your order, which may cause delays in processing your return.
