Why does my order require additional verification?

If your order status is "Verification Required," the following common reasons may be responsible:

The billing address you provided does not match the address associated with your debit/credit card (AVS mismatch or not defined).
Unusual activity has been detected by the payment provider.

In these cases, the payment will be manually reviewed and released within 24 hours (business days) of receipt by the payment provider. If your order requires additional documents for verification, you will receive an email requesting a photo of your ID or a recent utility bill (e.g., electricity, water, or gas) to confirm your identity.

What to keep in mind when submitting your documents:
Cover all information except your name, address, and photo on the ID.
The name on the ID must match the cardholder name provided with the order.

Note: To reduce fraudulent transactions and increase the security of credit card payments, all orders with a verification status will be automatically canceled after 7 days if identity verification is not completed.
