How can I return the order?
Within 30 to 60 days of purchase, you must first contact our customer service team at contact@maidesite.co.uk and obtain authorization before returning the goods. Only then may you return the item to us. We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases: if the goods are sent directly to our warehouse without prior authorization, or if the goods are damaged due to human error.
If necessary, please use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure you use suitable packaging to protect the goods from damage during transit.
