ASR
The "ASR" display means that the desk has entered reset mode. We've included the complete reset process for you:
Entering RST mode:
Press and hold the 'DOWN' button for 5 seconds whilst the desk is in its lowest position (otherwise, lower the desk first). The digital display will show 'ASR'. The system is now in RST mode.
Exiting RST mode:
Press and hold the 'DOWN' button again until the desk moves slightly downwards and then slightly upwards. The display will show the current height. The system exits RST mode.
