Please check whether there are any heavy objects on the desktop. If so, remove them and then perform the reset.
Entering RST mode:
Press and hold the 'DOWN' button for 5 seconds whilst the desk is in its lowest position (if necessary, lower the desk first). The digital display will show 'ASR'. The system is now in RST mode.
Exiting RST mode:
Press and hold the 'DOWN' button again until the desk moves slightly downwards and then slightly upwards. The display will show the current height. The system exits RST mode.
