If you have purchased a dual-motor product:
Please try resetting the desk by following these steps to see if it resolves the issue.
Entering RST mode:
Press and hold the 'DOWN' button for 5 seconds whilst the desk is in its lowest position (if necessary, lower the desk first). The digital display will show 'ASR'. The system is now in RST mode.
Exiting RST mode:
Press and hold the 'DOWN' button again until the desk moves slightly downwards and then slightly upwards. The display will show the current height. The system exits RST mode.
If you have purchased a single-motor product:
Please try disconnecting the cable that connects the motor to the hand controller. Disconnect the power supply for 20 minutes and then perform the reset.
